3. This property is to be removed 40 to 50 days after the closing date. If house cannot be removed within the timeline, arrangement needs to be made with the Seller.
4. A $5000-dollar refundable deposit must be paid on top of the bid to ensure prompt removal. Deposit will be refunded upon removal of the structure to the satisfaction of the seller. Alternative removal arrangements can be made only with the successful purchaser, given that a reasonable removal plan is provided along with further negotiations regarding care of the property.
