The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise, Purchase monies, buyers premiums/fees and applicable taxes will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
If specific pick up dates and times are not listed on the event page or the lot listing, the pick up dates and times will default to our business hours three business days from the close of sale. - No Exceptions.
