Kevin began his career in the tech sector, where he sold business management solutions designed to streamline operations for small business owners. It was in this space that he discovered a passion for helping clients overcome challenges related to disorganization, inefficiencies, and inconsistent customer communication. His success in this role sharpened his communication skills and established his reputation for delivering results through integrity and responsiveness.
Driven by a long-standing interest in heavy construction and transportation, Kevin transitioned to the auction industry to pursue work that aligned more closely with his personal and professional goals. At McDougall Auctioneers, he is responsible for client engagement, executing sales strategies, managing auction logistics, and identifying growth opportunities across key markets, including agriculture, construction, and industrial equipment. Kevin is based in Toronto and travels extensively to meet client and market needs.
Kevin holds an advanced diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communications Management from Sheridan College and is also certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Advanced Underwater Diving.
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid sports enthusiast, cheering for the Buffalo Bills, Toronto Blue Jays, and Maple Leafs. He also enjoys golfing and experimenting with new recipes on his Traeger smoker.
