McDougall Auctioneers Ltd holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have licensed tradespeople that carry their own Workers Compensation hired at purchasers expense. The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise, Purchase monies, buyers premiums/fees and applicable taxes will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
