| Other Description: Scheduled Viewing: December 14th, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Scheduled Release: December 20th, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM December 21st, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM December 22nd, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Additional Terms & Conditions: 1. Subject to Manitoba taxes. 2. Will be housed through the Winnipeg location. 3. Shelving must be removed only on day 3 of the pickup period Dec 22 to allow the merchandise to be removed first. 4. There will be a lift to remove exterior lifts of lumber and materials only. 5. Purchaser must bring their own labour for removal of heavy and volume purchases and building supplies. 6. | Please remember that due to offsite location, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. There will be no tools, equipment or assistance provided. McDougall Auctioneers LTD holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have authorized or professional personnel hired at purchasers expense. If item(s) are left on site or are not picked up, they will be freighted to McDougall Auctioneers Emerald Park or disposed of (By McDougall's Desecration) all costs of freighting, disposal and labor will be automatically charged to the purchaser themselves. Please remember that all sales are final on this auction sale and although we try to represent the item as we see it visible to the naked eye, we STRONGLY recommend manual inspection at the item's location. Please be advised that the purchaser is held accountable for the item(s) contained in each lot. The lot in full must be removed from its location when picked up.
