1. Upon close of auction the highest bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit with certified funds to McDougall Auctioneers of 10% plus the Buyer's Fee and applicable taxes within 24 hours. If you are the highest bidder, your refundable deposit will automatically be applied to and become part of your non-refundable deposit.
2. Remainder of funds to be paid to McDougall Auctioneers within 21 business days of acceptance of sale.
3. The Winning Bidders will be required to enter into an agreement with Ministry of Highways for the land purchase.
4. Possession to occur upon Title Transfer, and may take 6 months to complete.
5. All auction items are sold buyer beware and as is where is.
6. Subject to a $2000 Buyers Fee.
7. Sold free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Please note specific easements as detailed on each parcel.
8. Offers may be subject to the approval of appropriate parties.

Refundable deposit will be returned within 5 business days to unsuccessful bidders. You may also provide us a copy of a void cheque so that we can return the deposit more quickly.

Two are located along the south side of the Regina Bypass between Highway 6 and 33 (South East) the third is located east of Regina at the Highway 48 and Highway 1 Overpass. Parcels JJ & LL: Traveling North-bound on Bypass, take the Fleet Street Exit, drive 1 mile south, turn right onto TWP 164, drive 0.5 miles (parcel LL on North side of road), continue on road turning south and into Range road 2194 (Parcel JJ is on west side of road).
Parcel F: Traveling East away from Regina, look and take the Highway #48 offramp, staying in the left most lane, at top of ramp, turn left, across the overpass, and turn right on to North Service Road, Parcel F is located along the north side of road, at the bottom of the ramp.
