Windows are clear tempered glass. Window size is 40 x 13 1 3/4". Panel thickness of 1 3/4". With all tracks, hinges, hardware, weatherstrip, and retainer. Includes a 84602 LM Premium series operator with rail. Our Standard + are built to withstand the coldest and harshest conditions we face here in Canada. These doors are equipped with Polyurethane insulation that give the door a R value of 16. R value is a measure of its thermal resistance, indicating how effectively the door prevents heat transfer. A higher R-value means better insulation, meaning the garage door is more resistant to heat loss in cold weather and heat gain in warm weather.
