Scuffs And Scratches Are Present On The Vehicle’S Exterior, Most Notably Around The Driver And Passenger Side Doors And The Front Hood. The Driver’S Seat Upholstery Shows Some Tearing. The Steering Wheel Is Difficult To Turn And Requires Both Hands To Rotate Fully. It Is Unknown Whether This Is Due To Low Power-Steering Fluid Or Another Underlying Mechanical Issue.
