Fishing Lake is a closed basin freshwater lake in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The lake is 22 kilometres north of the town of Foam Lake, and 24 kilometres east of the town of Wadena and is accessed from Highways 5 and 310.

Lot 7 - 107 Pavillion Road is a vacant lot at Pavillion Beach, situated on the east side of Fishing Lake.
Lot 7 has direct roadside access with lake view and considered roadside for tax purposes.
The lake front is flood protected with Crown land set between the waterfront and the protected Lot.
The well sheltered Lot is cleared, possible land fill needed, dependant on what type of property to be put on for building, new owner would discuss this with the RM of Sasman. Owner's quote was $5,000 per lot to fill to max, depending on the lot usage in fulfilling one's dream.

Pavillion Beach is made up of quietness, great morning sunrises and evening sunsets setting on Fishing Lake. The lake brings much entertainment for Boats, Sea do's, Fishing, all water fun things to do or simply sun tanning on the beach. Other close by Sports are golfing, baseball and picket ball.
There is no time restriction to build, very close with easy access to the lake front where one can have your own space to install a dock, along with a boat lift if one chooses to.
