All purchases not removed by the end of day, the following Monday, will have a $20/ day storage fee applied, and may be towed to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. Emerald Park Compound at the BUYER'S EXPENSE. Credit Card on file will be processed immediately for these costs.

As per the terms of this online auction sale, all items and lots must be picked up within this timeline, otherwise purchase and funds will be forfeited at purchaser's expense.

There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will start, run at idle, or regarding its current registration status at the time of pick-up from McDougall Auction's facility.

It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate the unit prior to bidding. Once the unit has been removed from McDougall Auction's sale location, the purchaser accepts the unit "as is."
